I have kept the terms and conditions simple and they are designed to be fair to you and to us and I do stick to them for all cancellations. If you read them properly now it avoids awkward emails in the future which is nicer for everyone.

Terms and conditions:

All deposits are non-refundable & non transferable.
We do not offer alternative dates if you need to cancel the dates that you have booked.
A payment of a deposit or a full course fee is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation: The balance of your course fee (less deposit) is only returnable in the event of you informing Johnsons Expedition Guides of a cancellation of the whole or part of your course with more than 8 weeks notice (12 weeks for expeditions) prior to your course commencing. A full refund of your course fee will also be available should Johnsons Expedition Guides cancel your course for any reason other than non-payment of the balance due.

If you cancel your course space with less than 8 weeks notice (12 weeks for expeditions) we will only re-imburse you the fee (less the deposit) if we are able to re-sell the course space on your behalf.

Balance Payments: The remainder of your course fees should be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before the course commences. If the balance is not paid by this date we reserve the right to re-sell your course space without refunding your deposit.
