Plas Y Brenin are the National Mountain Sports Centre, based in North Wales and run by Sport England.
They approached us in the autumn of 2016 to make a film to showcase Snowdonia as a venue for their centre and the outdoor activities that they run.
The film was shot over two months in the autumn and brings together the activities of Walking, Mountaineering, Scrambling, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Kayaking & Canoeing in a wealth of locations accessible within a short drive of Plas Y Brenin.
In the autumn of 2018 we were invited back to make a short film to promote the recently refurbished Bryn Engan complex.
Bryn Engan is a meeting place with a difference. Situated in the woods at the foot of Moel Siabod the farmhouse provides the perfect setting for corporate accommodation and meetings.
The Anvil is our farmhouse and is where you can base your group or team. Its designed for relaxation and to form a comfortable base for you to plan your adventures and recover from a days activity.
The Forge is our classroom and workshop. Ideal for teaching and working as a team, The Forge has all the facilities you need for practical and strategic work, including a classroom, breakout area, bike workshop and wash-base.
We have taken footage from the main films and then edited them into shorter sections for website and Facebook video banners. We film projects on top end cinema quality cameras that allow us to extract high resolution still images from our footage – this allows clients to utilise frames from their films in social media content and in the promotion of the film itself.
