The Outdoor Partnership uses outdoor activity as a gateway, empowering communities, building social and economic capacity and inspiring residents through participation, education, volunteering, and employment, improving health, social, economic well-being. We change peoples’ lives through outdoor activity, addressing local needs and supporting people to overcome barriers.
Seven years ago the Outdoor Partnership received National Lottery Funding to allow them to expand their areas of operation from Wales to the Four Nations of the UK. This film was put together to assist them in applying for a renewal of that funding.
We travelled to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the length of Wales to meet people who have had their lives changed by the Outdoor Partnership. We met with their staff on the ground and learned how they have transformed the systems that allow people to access and benefit from the outdoors.
As well as the main film we have produced 4 social media edits, one for each of the regions. These can be used online or in presentations to assist with further funding applications.
