Women in Adventure

This is a short 5 minute film featuring mountain runner Kate Worthington and has been put together for the BMC Women in Adventure Series. Kate is a Snowdonia based runner, mother, business owner, mountain rescue team member and someone who loves being in the mountains. In the film she talks about how she tries to fit it all in and what it is that makes her run. To view the film follow this link.

This film won the Sir Edmund Hillary Award for best short film at the 2016 Mountain Film Awards in Mammoth, USA and won “Best Cinematography” at the London Ealing Film Awards, it also came second in the 2016 BMC Women in Adventure Film Competition and was screened at LLAMFF and SHAFF 2016 and short-listed for the Italian Drone Film Festival Awards 2016.
