Filming the Super Moon – Getting the shot 2nd January 2018

Filming the Super Moon – Getting the shot We launched our new film over the weekend and have been super pleased with the response. It has had over 30,000 views on Facebook in 3 days which is fantastic. The film opens with a skier silhouetted against a super moon and the shot took a bit of planning so I thought I would talk you through it. The shot has existed in my mind for almost a year now. I have…

New Series of Tourism Films 19th December 2017

In 2016 we made a series of 4 tourism films for Visit Swansea Bay for the Welsh Year of Adventure. The campaign was so successful and the clients so pleased with the films that in 2017 we were invited back. This time the theme was “Year of the Sea” and we were given an initial brief to make 8 tourism films. This was extended to 10 films and 6 time-lapse tourism films as the project went on. This was a…

New Film – and it’s one of my favourites :-) 29th August 2017

I know I shouldn’t have favourites but I do and this is one of them. I was really challenged when making this film as the weather was truly awful – thankfully I had a brilliant client who was happy to be flexible and I had some great talent to work with who were fantastically positive in some fairly inclement conditions! The mountains of the UK are beautiful, accessible and still wild. Mountain Training UK are the National Governing Body for…

There is…
