I have been aerial filming on the North Face of Ben Nevis today using my DJI Phantom Drone with a GoPro Hero 4 camera. It has been a stunning day and I headed up Ledge Route (2) which gave some stunning views. Here are some screen grabs to wet your appetite whilst I edit the footage over the next day or so.
The Himalayas from 20,000 ft. from Teton Gravity Research on Vimeo. This stunning footage has been filmed by Teton Gravity Research and features a combination of drone and helicopter platforms to get some absolutely beautiful mountain footage in 4K of Everest, Ama Dablam and the trek in from Lukla.

I have been down in Cardiff all week this week doing my Remote Pilot Qualification (RPQ-s). Although I have been flying drones (in my case quadcopter) for a couple of years I have never gone down the route of getting qualified until now. In the UK there is no legal requirement to hold a qualification unless the drone is being used for commercial use or is being flown in congested areas with a camera attached. I enjoyed the training.
